A Walk in the Park Interactive Digital Movement Game

Description

Kids click through the walk in the park interactive document, visiting different places around the park (the frog pond, Hide and Seek Hollow, the swimming hole, etc.) to earn a treat at the ice cream shop!

The 12-page walking game takes kids on a fun, choose-your-own-adventure tour through the park.  At each stop, they’ll complete a movement activity targeting balance, core strength, coordination, and more!

When they complete 5 visits, kids click the button to get to the reward! Once you have walked around the park, check out our “Around the Town” interactive movement game, next!

No fancy materials, logins, apps, or memberships needed!  All you need to do is pull a PDF up on your screen!  Includes a downloadable interactive checklist so kids can keep track of which stops they’ve completed throughout the game!

How to Use for Teletherapy Sessions

Great for movement breaks or a warm-up for distance learning sessions and ideal for therapists who are practicing via telehealth.  Simply send the PDF to the client and have them play the game while sharing their screen or pull up the file on your device and screen share it with your client, moving through the game as they direct you.

How to Use During In-Person Sessions

Display the game on a computer screen (or use a larger screen if playing with multiple children).  Have kids take turns clicking on the different selections to see where they will go next on their movement adventure!
