What payment methods are accepted?
All of our payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Want to pay using a credit or debit card? When you’re completing your purchase, click on the button that says “Pay With Debit or Credit Card” (see the image below).
Will I receive an actual product in the mail?
All of our products (with the exception of the Playful Learning Labs for Kids and Sensory Processing 101) are digital downloads only. So when you complete your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your products for your own immediate use.
Can I use your resources for digital learning/distance learning/home programs?
Our free printables and individual pages of our ebooks and exercise programs may be used for digital learning and home programs if you are sharing them with parents/caregivers in a secured manner that a) requires an account and login information and b)where only your families/students/clients can access the resource. Posting any resources from The Inspired Treehouse to websites that are accessed by the public (no controls in place as to who can access the information) is not permitted.
You are welcome to post links to our blog, Instagram page, Facebook page, Pinterest account, and YouTube account to public sites and share/send them to your clients, but our paid products may not be posted on public websites.
All professionals must purchase their own copies of ebooks, courses, and exercise programs. Paid products may not be shared between professionals. We have group licensing available for teams or school districts who wish to use our ebooks/products/courses as a group. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.
I completed my purchase but I can’t find my files!
Check your inbox for your order email, where you’ll find a link to your files. If you’ve clicked “download” to access the files, please check in your Downloads folder on your computer.
Always download files onto a computer first, so they are easier to locate. After you complete your downloads, your files will appear in a Downloads folder on your computer. From there, you can then share the files between devices using Google Drive or DropBox.
When I try to download my files, I’m getting a message saying that I have zero downloads left!
If you’re getting this message, it means that you’ve already downloaded the files multiple times. The files are likely saved in your Downloads folder on your computer. If you were using a mobile device to download or you looked in your Downloads folder and still can’t locate your files, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to reset your order for you.
I ordered a webinar and it’s asking me for a password to view the videos – where can I find the password?
Immediately after you complete your order, you’ll receive an order email that lists all of the links to access your course materials. Scroll down in your order email, past the order number, and you’ll find a message that includes the password that is specific to the course you purchased.
How long will I have access to my files?
Lifetime access to the files is included in your purchase. If you receive an error message saying that your product has expired, email us and we’ll be happy to reset it for you.
Can I share your products with my colleagues?
Do you offer discounts for groups or teams of professionals who wish to have access to a certain product?
We do offer a site license option for all of our ebooks and printable products. The cost of a site license is $50 per product PLUS the cost of the product. A separate site license is required for each purchased product. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.
Do you offer group discounts for your webinars?
Yes! We offer 10% off of the regular price for 3 to 10 participants, 20% off for 10-20 participants, 30% off for 20-30 participants, and 40% off for 30 or more participants. If you would like to take advantage of one of these group pricing options, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with completing your order.
Do you offer continuing education credit for your webinars?
The Pushing into the Classroom webinar, the School Based Therapist Handbook webinar, and the Creative Pediatric Treatment Strategies webinar are all approved for continuing education for occupational and physical therapists in Ohio. Because the courses are approved by a state licensure board, they can also count as a renewal activity for NBCOT. Many practitioners have also successfully applied for individual course approval in other states. To find out about this option, please contact your state licensure board.
