Will I receive an actual product in the mail?
Most of our products (with the exception of the Playful Learning Labs for Kids and Sensory Processing 101) are digital downloads only. So when you complete your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your products for your own immediate use.
Can I use your resources for digital learning/distance learning/home programs?
Our free printables and individual pages of our ebooks and exercise programs may be used for digital learning and home programs if you are sharing them with parents/caregivers in a secured manner that a) requires an account and login information and b)where only your families/students/clients can access the resource. Posting any resources from The Inspired Treehouse to websites that are accessed by the public (no controls in place as to who can access the information) is not permitted.
You are welcome to post links to our blog, Instagram page, Facebook page, Pinterest account, and YouTube account to public sites and share/send them to your clients, but our paid products may not be posted on public websites.
All professionals must purchase their own copies of ebooks, courses, and exercise programs. Paid products may not be shared between professionals.
Basically, anytime a therapist is sharing our paid products with families in a secure way and not sharing them with other professionals, we’re on board!
Do you offer group licensing for teams, clinics, or school districts?
We have group licensing available for teams or school districts who wish to use our ebooks/products/courses as a group. Please email us at th******************@***il.com for more information.
I completed my purchase but I can’t find my files!
Check your inbox for your order email, where you’ll find a link to your files. If you’ve clicked “download” to access the files, please check in your Downloads folder on your computer.
Always download files onto a computer first (not a mobile device), so they are easier to locate. After you complete your downloads, your files will appear in a Downloads folder on your computer. From there, you can then share the files between devices using Google Drive or DropBox.
If you didn’t receive an order email when you completed your purchase we recommend following these steps:
-Double check the email address that you used for your purchase, sometimes people mistakenly use old PayPal email addresses, a spouse’s email address, or another email address autofills by accident.
-Check your spam folder and/or your “Promotions” tab in your email account, as our order emails occasionally land there by mistake!
When I try to download my files, I’m getting a message saying that I have zero downloads left!
If you’re getting this message, it means that you’ve already downloaded the files multiple times. The files are likely saved in your Downloads folder on your computer. If you were using a mobile device to download or you looked in your Downloads folder and still can’t locate your files, just send us an email at th******************@***il.com and we’ll be happy to reset your order for you.
How long will I have access to my files?
You’ll have access to the files as long as they exist on our site! We always recommend downloading and saving all digital materials in a safe place for future use.
Can I share your products with my colleagues?
We do not allow professionals to share our ebooks, printables, and other downloadable products among colleagues. Each individual teacher or practitioner is required to purchase their own copy of each product. Shared use of purchased products is in direct violation of our terms of use.
Do you offer continuing education credit for your webinars?
We do not currently offer continuing education webinars that have been approved by state licensure boards or national associations.
